Ideal for a large range of applications including renovations, flooring, plumbing, tiling, demolition and general building work, this 6kg chipping hammer is rated at 6.5kg. It has an impact energy of 10.5 Joules, which equates to 30,450 Joules per minute at the 2,900 bpm rating. DeWalt concentrated on low user vibration with this machine with only 8.8 m/s², which allows long usage with lower user fatigue.

The brushless motor gives you brilliant runtime from whatever battery you choose to install. This is one of the first machines that has been designed specifically with the new DCB549 15.0 Amp-hour battery pack in mind. However it is fully compatible with the complete range of 54V XR FlexVolt batteries. The DCH832 is fitted with a wireless tool control module that allows it to pair with compatible dust extraction systems for automated starting and stopping of dust extraction.
