This is the evolution of the incredible DCS7485 FlexVolt table saw into a corded machine, available in either 110 volt or 230 volt. This fills a gap in the market where a tradesman may need a powerful yet compact and portable table saw but doesn’t want to get into the FlexVolt ecosystem due to the cost or because mains power is always available to them. The simpler electronics inside a corded machine allow this to be priced much lower than a kitted DCS7485 and even lower than the body only version. The DWE7485 takes a 210mm diameter blade with a bore of 30mm and the machine drives the blade at a maximum no load speed of up to 5,800 rpm.
