Suitable for professional trade use, this rotary hammer drill has an SDS-Max drill/chisel bit holder. When drilling into masonry, it is capable of boring an impressive 40mm diameter hole thanks to the 1600 Watt motor delivering nearly 60 impacts per second with up to 9.0 Joules of impact energy. The SDSMAXHD1600E runs from standard 230v mains electricity and is fitted with a standard plug on the end of a generous 2.2 metres of power cord. For support when drilling or chiselling, the machine is supplied with an auxiliary handle that can be adjusted to the required angle. The kit also comes with a pointed chisel and an 18mm drill bit.
