This great value sliding compound mitre saw from Makita features a laser guide to allow you to easily line up your cuts against pencil marks on the stock. It also has a powerful LED light to illuminate the cutting area for added productivity and safety. The LS0815FLN saw has an impressive cutting capacity, especially considering its size, of 65mm x 305mm. The saw will mitre 50 degrees to the right and 60 degrees left, and can bevel 48 degrees left and 5 degrees right. There are two adjustable supports which slide out from each side to give some support to your work piece. The saw has been designed ergonomically with a work clamp to aid one person operation and a rubberised handle with large easy to use trigger. The mitre and bevel angle are easy to adjust and have guides to show you what angle you’re setting the saw to.
