Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition (unused, unassembled, with all original packaging and tags)
  • The item isn’t listed in our non-returnable products (see below)
  • You have your original order confirmation or receipt

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Adhesive Cleaners/Removers (chemical products)
  • All staples (6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
  2. Provide details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for return.
  3. Receive instructions: We’ll email you within 1-2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  4. Package and ship: Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  5. Send it back: Ship the package to our UK facility at:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item (we’ll cover return shipping)
