Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over £50
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking available

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in your country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our professional tools from Draper, DeWALT, and Stanley. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of receipt.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original condition (unused, unassembled, with all packaging and tags)
  • Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
  • You must have your original order confirmation or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Adhesive Cleaners/Removers (chemical products)
  • All staples (6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm)

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our team by emailing [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
  2. Provide details including your order number, item(s) for return/exchange, and reason.
  3. Receive instructions – We’ll email return authorization and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
  4. Package and ship the item(s) securely with all original packaging and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  5. Ship to:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, follow the same return process above and:

  • Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item (we’ll cover return shipping)
