This log splitting wedge weighs 2.72kg (or 6lb) and has been manufactured from drop-forged steel which has then been hardened and tempered for strength. It is designed to be used with sledge hammers or mauls in order to effortlessly split logs quickly and cleanly. The blade of the wedge measures 5.5cm wide.
